Dans le cas de la vente d’une voiture, le propriétaire (vendeur) doit respecter certaines obligations légales pour pouvoir vendre son véhicule. Tout d’abord, il doit être titulaire de la carte grise qui doit être à jour. Ensuite, le vendeur doit passer son véhicule au contrôle technique si celui-ci est soumis à cette obligation. En effet, le contrôle technique doit dater de moins de 6 mois le jour de la vente.
Le jour de la vente, il devra compléter avec l’acheteur un certificat de cession en deux exemplaires originaux. Il s’agit du contrat de vente attestant du transfert de propriété. Pour finaliser la vente, le vendeur devra remettre à l’acheteur la carte grise originale, le procès-verbal de contrôle technique, un exemplaire du certificat de cession ainsi qu’un certificat de non-gage de moins de 15 jours. Afin de dégager sa responsabilité sur le véhicule, l’ancien propriétaire devra enregistrer la vente auprès de l’administration dans les 15 jours.

Als Le Chiffre seinen Reichtum ausgerechnet beim Texas Hold’Em im Casino Royale ins Unermessliche steigern will, muss Bond natürlich mit am Pokertisch sitzen.
