A l’instar de la déclaration de cession, la déclaration d’achat est gratuite – des frais de prestation peuvent s’appliquer en cas de recours à un prestataire privé.
Le récépissé de déclaration d’achat renseigne toutes les informations concernant l’achat : l’identité du vendeur (titulaire de la carte grise, concessionnaire, organisme de financement, etc.), l’identité de l’acheteur professionnel, la date et l’heure de l’achat et de son enregistrement, ainsi que les informations concernant le véhicule. Il devra être remis à l’acheteur du véhicule lors de la vente.
