Le récépissé de déclaration d’achat confirme l’enregistrement d’un véhicule au nom d’un professionnel de l’automobile. En effet, les professionnels de l’automobile n’ont pas l’obligation de faire la carte grise d’un véhicule qu’ils ont acheté à un professionnel ou particulier. Ils sont toutefois dans l’obligation de déclarer cet achat à l’administration française.
L’enregistrement de la déclaration d’achat (DA) se fait dans le Système d’Immatriculation des Véhicules (SIV). S’il possède une habilitation et un agrément, le professionnel peut procéder lui-même à l’enregistrement de la DA via son accès sécurisé au SIV. Sinon, il a également la possibilité de faire appel à un prestataire habilité et agréé ou utiliser Internet. Pour cela, le professionnel de l’automobile doit compléter le formulaire Cerfa n° 13751*02 « Déclaration d’achat ». Il devra fournir le certificat de cession, la copie de la carte grise ainsi qu’un extrait KBIS. A l’instar de la déclaration de cession, la déclaration d’achat est gratuite – des frais de prestation peuvent s’appliquer en cas de recours à un prestataire privé.
Le récépissé de déclaration d’achat renseigne toutes les informations concernant l’achat : l’identité du vendeur (titulaire de la carte grise, concessionnaire, organisme de financement, etc.), l’identité de l’acheteur professionnel, la date et l’heure de l’achat et de son enregistrement, ainsi que les informations concernant le véhicule. Il devra être remis à l’acheteur du véhicule lors de la vente.
